2019-2020 Tuition Rates

Registration Fee: Non-refundable

Registration for Kindergarten-6th Students:  $250 if paid by February 28, $400 if paid March 1 or after

Monthly tuition is paid over ten equal payments September – June
First tuition payment is due September 1, 2019. ⇒⇒⇒ If paid in full by September 1st, 2019, deduct 3%.

Kindergarten – 2nd Grade
Tuition: $6,400        $640/month

3rd Grade
Camp included in tuition
Tuition: $6,510        $651/month

4th Grade
Camp included in tuition
Tuition: $6,580        $658/month

5th Grade
Camp included in tuition
Tuition: $6,625        $662.50/month

6th Grade
Camp included in tuition
Tuition: $6,675        $667.50/month

School hours: 8:30 – 3:00, grades 1-6       
                     8:30 – 2:45, kindergarten

Elementary Extended Day Care (K-6), $5.00 hourly
Before school 7:00-8:00am; after school 3:15 – 6:00pm.

FAMILY DISCOUNT POLICY:
The family discount is applied to the younger sibling(s):
2nd child – (2%)/year discount – deducted monthly
3rd child – (20%)/year discount – deducted monthly
4th child – information available

The above rates are payable monthly to LOS ALTOS GRACE SCHOOLS.  Tuition payments are due by the first of the month and delinquent if not received by close of school on the 10th.  There will be a $20 late fee charged after the 10th unless prior arrangements have been made with the school office.

Band/Choir payments are in addition to tuition and are paid in full or 9 equal monthly payments, October – June.
Band: $850 in full or $95/mo  Choir: $300 in full or $35/mo.

Students bring their own lunch.  Milk is $50 per year payable in September.

You have one tuition account for all students preschool-6th grade.  You may pay tuition on the same coupon in either office, along with band, choir, and daycare.

Students having “past due” accounts are not eligible to receive report cards in June or return in September for the new school year.
